In today's episode, we touch on the perplexing price action in the oil markets. The price of oil remains curiously low relative to what seem to be fundamental upward pressures, and we discuss a recent Bloomberg interview with Jeff Currie, Chief Strategy Officer of Energy Pathways at The Carlyle Group where he suggests that the upside risk to oil "has never been higher".
